Proof of Insurance

General liability insurance coverage between $1M–$2M

Workers’ Compensation Coverage

Valid workers’ compensation documentation for your team

Verifiable Job Experience

Demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
References may be requested

Necessary Equipment & Supplies

Must provide your own professional-grade equipment and cleaning materials

Background Check

Willingness to undergo a background screening
Must pass screening requirements
